Wealth built on vision, secured by strategy.
Wealth planning for business owners, executives, and their families.
Building or selling a company? Holding concentrated stock or equity comp? We plan around both. We're an independent, fiduciary wealth management firm that coordinates the investing, tax, and exit planning, so the big decisions get made on purpose, not by default.
Who we help
Two paths. One coordinated plan.
Most of the people we work with either own a company or help run one. The questions are different, and so is the planning. Pick the side that sounds like you.
Path 01
Business owners & their families
When the company is the biggest asset on the family balance sheet, every big decision runs through it.
- Selling in the next one to three years. Structure, timing, and taxes while most options are still open.
- Most of your net worth in one company. A plan to diversify on your timeline and inside your tax picture.
- After the sale. A written plan for the proceeds, so the windfall doesn't get improvised.
- Advisors who don't talk to each other. We coordinate with your CPA and attorney so decisions get made with the whole picture in view.
Path 02
Executives
When much of your wealth arrives as company stock, the calendar and the tax code matter as much as the market.
- RSUs, options, and other equity comp. When to hold, when to sell, and what each choice does to your tax bill.
- Concentrated company stock. Reducing single-stock risk without making the tax problem worse.
- Trading windows, blackouts, and 10b5-1 plans. Planning that respects your company's policies and works with its counsel.
- Deferred compensation. Election and distribution choices that fit the rest of the plan.
- Career transitions. A new role, a change of control, or retirement, and what happens to your equity when it does.
How we invest
A written process, not a forecast.
Every portfolio we manage follows rules written down in advance: what it holds, what moves it, and how far any one idea can go. The point of a process is knowing how it's designed to behave before it matters.
Model portfolios
Modern Portfolio Design (MPD)
Our rules-based model portfolios: a passive strategic core plus tactical sleeves that move only when their rules are met, organized into four risk bands.

Global Macro Strategy
Our approach to the forces that move whole asset classes: growth, inflation, policy, and liquidity. Discretionary, but only within hard rules and caps.

Alternatives
Private credit, hedge funds, private equity, and private real estate, available to accredited investors. Less liquidity and more complexity, and the risks deserve a careful look.
AlternativesA headline vs. a strategy. Only one of those is yours to control.
Planning around the business
The portfolio is only half the job.
For owners, the biggest decisions usually happen outside the brokerage account. We plan them alongside the investments and work with your CPA and attorney, not around them.
Exit & liquidity
Readiness, timing, and structure questions before a sale, and a plan for the proceeds after it.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
Three steps, in order, at your pace.
A 20-minute fit call.
Tell us what's on your mind. We'll tell you plainly whether we're the right firm for it, and if we're not, we'll say so.
Your profile and risk questionnaire.
If it's a fit, you complete a personal profile and a risk questionnaire. Then we talk through portfolio construction together, so you know how your portfolio is built and why.
Reviews on your schedule.
Portfolios follow their rules every week. Reviews happen whenever you want one, not on a fixed calendar. Questions in between? Call us directly.
